⚠️ Important Terms & Conditions:

• This is an ASSESSMENT callout only. The R1,500 covers the on-site visit, diagnostic testing, and a single basic repair or reprogramming (1 motor, 1 remote). It does NOT include complex multi-motor reprogramming, ceiling access work, replacement parts, or extensive rewiring.
• Additional work will be quoted separately. If the assessment reveals that multiple motors need reprogramming, ceiling access is required, additional remotes are needed, or parts must be replaced — a separate quotation will be provided before any further work is carried out.
• Common scenarios that require additional quotation:
  • Reprogramming multiple blinds/motors onto a new or existing remote
  • Ceiling access to reach motor wiring or junction boxes
  • Replacement of faulty motors, receivers, or control units
  • Switching between RTS and IO protocols
  • Integration with home automation systems (TaHoma, etc.)
  • Electrical fault-finding beyond the Somfy motor system
• No refunds once the technician has attended the site and performed the assessment, regardless of whether you proceed with the quoted repair work.
• Cancellation: Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the scheduled visit. Cancellations within 24 hours incur a 50% fee (R750).
• Access requirements: You must ensure safe and clear access to the affected blinds/motors. If ceiling access is required, please inform us in advance. We do not move furniture or work at heights above 3m without prior arrangement.
• Warranty: Any repairs performed during the assessment visit carry a 30-day workmanship warranty. Parts warranties are as per manufacturer terms.
